AI lead generation for B2B companies in Europe

How AI lead generation should work if you care about qualified conversations: finding accounts, scoring interest, and engaging without becoming spam.

AI lead generation is easy to fake. A script that dumps 10,000 rows into a sheet is not a pipeline. A useful system finds accounts that match how you sell, scores them with evidence, and starts a conversation a human would not be ashamed of.

That is the product VLIRTZ sells under this name. It is not “more emails at a lower cost, no matter the reply quality.”

The three jobs

  1. Find. Companies and people who look like your last good customers.
  2. Score. Public and first-party signals that they might care now, not someday.
  3. Engage. A first message that refers to something real, then a person takes over.

If you only buy step 1, you bought a list. Lists decay. If you skip step 2, your best closer spends mornings on noise.

What AI is actually good at here

Models are useful for:

  • reading sites, filings, job ads, and news at a volume no SDR can match
  • turning that reading into a short brief a human can check
  • drafting a first line that mentions a specific fact

Models are bad at:

  • inventing a relationship that does not exist
  • complying with every local marketing rule unless you encode the rule
  • knowing your ICP better than you do

So we keep a human on anything that leaves the building. The agent does research and ranking. Sales decides who gets contacted.

Europe is not one inbox culture

A motion that works in the US will get you ignored, or reported, in Sweden, Germany, or the UAE. Consent, cold email rules, and LinkedIn norms differ. An AI lead-generation project has to include the legal and cultural filter, not only the scraping.

We work from Stockholm with clients in Europe and the Middle East. The first workshop is usually: who you may contact, in which channel, and what evidence is enough to try.

A first version that fits on a calendar

A sensible pilot is two weeks:

  • one ICP
  • one geography
  • one offer
  • a scored list your sales lead reviews daily
  • a small number of conversations, not a vanity send count

If the meetings are real, we extend the system. If they are not, we stop before you scale a bad motion.

How this sits next to agents and consulting

Sometimes the bottleneck is not outbound. It is the product, the website, or the fact that nobody can describe the customer. That is consulting. Sometimes you need an agent inside the company before you need more leads. We will say so.
